Important App Update for Roku Users

Our development team has been hard at work to improve the Downunder Horsemanship app user experience with Roku. If you’re using a Roku to watch training videos and have been having streaming issues, please update the app on your device and follow the instructions below to improve your experience.

To update the app:

    1. Using your remote, highlight the Downunder Horsemanship app icon. (Just scroll over to the app, do not click on it to open it.)
    2. In the upper right corner of your screen, you’ll see Options *. Hit the * button on your remote.
    3. A menu will appear.
    4. Select the option to update the app.

If you run into streaming issues while watching a video:

While a video is playing, press the down arrow on your remote to show all available streams. You’ll see the option to select 480P, 720P or HLS. In most cases, 720P is the best version to use. However, if your video is skipping or doing anything strange, try changing the selected feed. The setting you choose should follow you as you view other videos.

If changing the selected feed doesn’t fix the issue you’re having, please note the following:

    1. Which video you’re playing.
    2. Confirm that you have tried all three video options (480P, 720P and HLS).
    3. Go to and note your internet speed.

Email the information to our development team at [email protected] so we can find a solution to the issue.
