Train and compete in the same reins Clinton used to win the 2015 NRCHA Snaffle Bit Futurity’s rein work prelims in all four divisions: Open, Intermediate Open, Limited Open and Level 1 Limited Open aboard Hez The Kats Meow owned by Lynn Thomas. The reins are made of the same tried-and-true yachting rope as Clinton’s mecate reins, but they’re a thinner diameter to offer lighter contact and more precise cues. The Performance Horse Reins are available in a loop or split style, and attach to the bridle with the Performance Horse Slobber Straps, which are designed specifically to accommodate the reins’ smaller diameter.

The Advanced Kit covers the third level of the Method, which is all about learning to finesse your horsemanship, increasing your confidence in the saddle and having the satisfaction of training a horse that responds to a feather-light touch and is a pleasure to work with. Each of the 32 exercises in the Advanced Kit is designed to take your horsemanship to a whole new level. By the time you finish the Advanced Kit, you’ll be able to control your horse’s feet on the ground with precision and guide him under saddle with your fingertips.

From 8 a.m. CST Tuesday, January 19th thru 5 p.m. Monday, January 25th, when you purchase Performance Horse Reins and Performance Horse Slobber Straps, get the Advanced Kit 1/2 off. Call in orders only.
