What You

Will Become

Once certified by Downunder Horsemanship, you’ll be entrusted to teach the Method and follow Downunder Horsemanship’s business practices. You’ll learn from the best horsemen in the world and will be evaluated on your strengths as a communicator and teacher. There are four successive levels of certification:

Method Ambassador

Method Ambassadors are certified to teach the Fundamentals level of the Method either through lessons or clinics as well as train horses in the Fundamentals.

Colt starting certified Method Ambassador

Colt starting certified ambassadors teach the Fundamentals level of the Method and have received additional certification to start horses under saddle (excluding wild mustangs and extreme cases).

Certified Clinician

Certified Clinicians are hand selected from the Method Ambassadors to receive additional training. Once certified, they can teach lessons and clinics as well as train horses up to the Intermediate level of the Method.

Professional Clinician

Our highest level of certification. Professional Clinicians have mastered the Method and can teach everything, from Fundamentals to Advanced plus Colt Starting, Foal Training and Trick Training and are experts at troubleshooting and solving problem behavior.
