Have a horse you want started with the Method under Clinton’s supervision while taking advantage of the world-class training amenities that the Downunder Horsemanship Ranch has to offer? Check out the Academy Horse Program on our website www.academyhorse.com.

The six-week program focuses on teaching your horse the Fundamentals level of the Method, which includes 27 groundwork and riding exercises. While horses are started in the arena, the majority of their training takes place on the trail and over the obstacle course. Horses gain confidence being ridden alone as well as in a group of other horses.

Each horse in the program is trained by Clinton’s Certified Clinicians and Academy students and is supervised by Clinton daily. Two-and-a-half hours a day, six days a week are dedicated to training the horses in order for them to be safe and respectful partners. By the end of his training, your horse will have a great foundation in place for you to build off of and go on to excel in the discipline of your choice.

When your horse’s training concludes, you’ll be invited to the ranch for an entire day’s lesson with the clinician who trained your horse. You’ll be encouraged to ask questions and will learn to refine your skills as a horseman. You’ll work with your horse in the arena to ensure you thoroughly understand how he’s been trained and you are both in tune with each other.

There’s no better way to ensure your horse has the best start and is exposed to as many training situations as the Academy Horse Program offers. Enroll your horse at www.academyhorse.com.
