Over $73,000 Raised for the Alexander Neville Foundation at Walkabout Tours

For the past year, the Alexander Neville Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness about and fighting the illicit fentanyl crisis sweeping the nation, has been our Ritchie Industries Charity group at Walkabout Tours. The foundation and its mission is close to the hearts of Clinton and the Downunder Horsemanship team. On June 23, 2020, 14-year-old Alexander Neville lost his life when he was poisoned by a counterfeit pill containing fentanyl. The Boy Scout was the grandson of Method Ambassador Rick Badousek, our longtime Downunder Horsemanship team member who has been by Clinton’s side since the clinician came to the United States.

The foundation first joined us on tour in November 2021 in Dripping Springs, Texas, and has continued to be at every tour stop this year. At our final tour stop for 2022 in Jacksonville, Florida, the foundation raised $4,160 thanks to attendees’ generosity. Clinton matched the funds to bring the total raised at the tour to $8,320.

Over the past year, thanks to your support and Clinton’s contributions at each tour, the foundation earned an amazing $73,860. All of the funds go straight to the foundation to help them accomplish their mission. Learn more about the non-profit group on its website.

A huge thank you to everyone who supported the Alexander Neville Foundation through the Ritchie Charity Ball Toss. In 2023, we’re returning to choosing a local non-profit with equine connections near each tour stop to be our Ritchie Charity Ball Toss group. Learn more about the opportunity and submit an application for your group on our website.
