Academy Horse Program: Take Your Horse’s Training Even Further

If you’re like most people, you recognize the value Clinton offers in his Signature Horses, but you’ve given the idea of owning one of the horses little thought because you already have the perfect-for-you equine partner. But maybe the horse isn’t fully trained, or he’s picked up one or two bad behaviors over the years, or maybe you just don’t have the time to work with him on a regular basis. In your heart, you know that if you could find the time to consistently work with him or if you had the ability and knowledge to train him, he’d be your ideal partner.

Always looking to keep his customers’ horsemanship dreams alive, Clinton is offering a solution with the addition of Intermediate and Advanced levels of the Academy Horse Program. The additional levels build off the existing Academy Horse Program in which you can send your horse to the ranch for a six-week course in the Fundamentals level of the Method. At the end of the training session, if Clinton feels your horse has the aptitude and willingness to excel beyond Fundamentals, he’ll invite you to enroll your horse in an additional five weeks of training at the Intermediate level of the Method. At the conclusion of the Intermediate block of training, Clinton will again evaluate your horse, and if he feels that the horse has the ability to excel at the Advanced level of the Method, he’ll invite you to continue the horse’s education for an additional five weeks.

As you’ve heard the clinician say, there are only three ways to get a well-trained horse: Buy him trained, train him yourself or pay someone to train him. “Signature Horses are great for people who are looking for a horse to begin a new partnership with. What I’ve come to realize is that a lot of people already have their “Signature Horse,” the horse just isn’t trained yet. That’s where we can help,” Clinton says.
