Fall Journal Update

The Fall Journal is being mailed out this week to No Worries Club members. The 172-page issue is packed with training articles, inspirational stories and insight from Clinton. The full issue can be viewed on the No Worries Club website.

In October, we changed the process in which we mail out the No Worries club monthly items because we’d been having some problems with members not receiving their items every month, even though they were on our mailing list. In the past, the DVDs and Journals were shipped straight to members from the manufacturer, so there was no way for us to know why the items weren’t reaching No Worries Club members. As you know, Clinton accepts only the best service for his members, so we decided something had to be done about it. Our decision was to bring the mailing process in house so that we could provide better customer service and quality control.

The Fall Journal is the first month we’ve implemented this new process, and like most new situations, it’s come with a few learning curves that took a bit of trial and error to iron out. The good news is that the Journal is on its way to No Worries Club members, and should be in members’ mailboxes soon. Please know that we appreciate your patience, and we’re confident that we’ve gotten our process smoothed out to run much more efficiently moving forward.
