Imagine What You Could Accomplish

One of the biggest keys to establishing a fun, safe and enjoyable partnership with your horse is consistently working with him. “I always say, ‘Consistency is your greatest ally. Inconsistency is your greatest enemy,’” Clinton says. “You can’t expect your horse to make any improvement if you leave him in the stall or pasture or if you don’t work with him regularly. Horses are just like children, they learn best with consistency and repetition.”

Consistency is exactly what participants and their horses will receive in the 10-day Fundamentals Clinic being held at the Downunder Horsemanship Ranch in Stephenville, Texas, April 4th – 14th. The clinic will be taught by Professional and Certified Clinicians and will focus on the groundwork and riding exercises that build the foundation of a successful horse/human partnership. Spending 10 days focusing on nothing but horsemanship, participants and their horses make drastic improvements and leave the ranch inspired and with the knowledge to continue to work toward their goals.

The clinic will run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily and include a lunch break. The morning session will focus on groundwork skills while the afternoon session will be dedicated to under saddle exercises. Participants will work with their horses in the roundpen, in the arena, on the obstacle course and on the trails around the ranch to learn new skills and challenge themselves.

The clinic costs $1,500 for No Worries Club members. More information about the clinic and the application to participate can be found on our website.
